Several Easter eggs, or secrets, have been found throughout Dragon Adventures' worlds. Additionally, a few dragons also hold some hidden features.
World Secrets[]
No Easter eggs/secrets are currently known.
In the second version of Origins, several Easter eggs and secrets could be found hidden throughout the world.
- Stone dragon head
- A stone that looked like a dragon's head could be found along the rock walls that surrounded the center of Origins.

- One of the sky islands in Origins possessed a fairly deep pond. At the bottom of the pond was a stone message, with nothing on the other side of it. The message read:
- “Dear Diary, fell in a puddle, it was deep. Really deep. Now im stuck in here. Fortunately I have a lot of apples.”

- Under Origins were a few large messages. One read “Hi”, and another read “^ω^~”.
- Task world rooms
- If the player flew out far enough from Origins, they would be able to find the Fantasy, Wasteland, and Prehistoric task rooms.

Under-the-map messages
In the current Origins world, one Easter Egg/secret is currently known.
- Secret cave
- If the player goes to the small pond located near the farmed fields, a small, translucent cave opening can be found near the waterfall.
- The cave has two chambers, and in the second one is a single table and bench, a light post, and a green human-like figure.

One Undercity secret is currently known.
- Secret cave
- This secret cave can be found at the top of the central auction area. Several ledges can be found, although one has a small, translucent cave opening.
- Within the small cave is a small table with four chairs, a lantern, a dog mask, and a small grim reaper plush. On the inside of the cave's entrance is a small stone message that reads “Bnuuy”.
- This cave was originally added to Undercity for the testers, as a secret area for them/dedicated to them.
- This secret cave can be found at the top of the central auction area. Several ledges can be found, although one has a small, translucent cave opening.

No Easter eggs/secrets are currently known.
One Grassland secret is currently known.
- Secret cave
- The secret Grassland cave is located near the World Teleporter. It can be found behind a gray building with a large tree in front of it. If the player walks up the building’s steps, they will see a tunnel.
- At the end of the small tunnel are a few mats and a campfire.

One Tundra secret is currently known.
- “Ery is cool” message
- In the far back to the right of the world, the player could see the words “Ery is cool” on one of the bordering ice blocks. This message was only present in the original Tundra world.

Two Desert secrets are currently known.
- Secret cave
- In the original Desert World, a small secret cave could be found on one of the large, dark-colored cliffs. It was located between several arches.
- The cave opening had teeth coming down from the top. The inside of the small cave was empty.

- Sombrero cactus
- The sombrero cactus can be found in the lush cave where one of the rivers flows under one a mountain.
- In the original Desert World, the sombrero cactus could be found near where the second spawn point was located, however this area is now inhabited by one of the Desert Egg nests.
- The cactus could be found on the tall rocky walls. It had a sombrero hat, shades, a nose, and a mustache on.

One Wasteland secret is currently known.
- Giant Skelltor skull
- A giant Skelltor skull could once be found in Wasteland. It has been removed, however.

- Stuck Erythia
- If the player flew under one of the floating islands, they would find Erythia stuck in the ground.
- The message above Erythia's head read “help im stuck”.

Dragon Secrets[]
- The Fayrah, often associated with love and the Valentines Event, has a heart within each head.

- Inside its head, the Woodluma has a mysterious acorn where the brain would usually reside.
