In-game countdown
The Easter Event of 2023 was an event that began on April 7th, 2023, at 3PM EST. It ended April 21st, at 3PM EST.
On April 3rd, a four-day countdown appeared in Origins alongside a decorated cuckoo clock, Easter eggs, and four blue lanterns. 3 hours before the event started, the cuckoo clock opened its lower door, when the world released, it serves to hold the portal to the Easter World inside.
Event[]
The 2023 Easter Event introduced the new Verscervus and a daily puzzle mechanic to the Easter World. It also rereleased the Aranga, Ayatrice, Falugeis, and Skyrix alongside returning event items. Maurice was also reimplemented as a tutorial instructor NPC. Players could use Chocolate Bunnies to purchase event accessories and items, as well as incubators and 2023 Easter Eggs.
Week One[]
Week One of the event began April 7th, at 3PM EST. It opened up the Easter World to all players and added the new Verscervus to the game. In addition, it also reintroduced the past Easter Event dragons, buildables, and accessories, and other items, and it implemented a new puzzle mechanic. Ten Painted Eggs were also added, and 2023 Easter Eggs became obtainable.
Week Two[]
Week Two of the event released April 14th, at 2PM EST. It introduced two new buildables and two new accessories.
World[]
Easter World
The Easter World was the same as the one introduced during the 2021 Easter Event. It featured one large, rectangular island covered in pink and hot pink conifers, tall peach- and purple-colored trees, and bright green trees. It featured rocky hills in the north and a single, tall pillar to the southeast. Small pink succulents also dotted the world's surface and groups of large rock outcroppings lined some of the slopes. A large ravine cut the world in two and in its center were large purple and blue crystals.
Small ancient ruins and stepstones were also present around the world and along its paths. There were two pink crater-like locations with shards and floating ruins around them. The same ruins were also present in front of the giant fallen log. One large lake and a few small ponds, alongside three floating islands, were also present.
Th spawn of the world housed a large monument that showcased all of the Painted Eggs, as well as the event's shops, the Easter Wheel, Maurice, and one of the Easter Oracles.
Title[]
If the player entered the Easter World they would be rewarded with the Easter Eggscavator title and the Easter 2023 badge.
Puzzles[]
The 2023 Easter Event introduced a special, daily puzzle mechanic. Each puzzle is distinct from one another, and they reset at 3PM EST each day.
Completing puzzles will give the player bonuses and will give them the ability to hatch the Verscervus.
On Day One, Maurice will request the player to find four keys scattered throughout the Easter World.
The first key can be found behind the portal before entering the puzzle cave, whilst the other 3 are found at each of the three Easter Oracles. Upon finding all the keys and unlocking the door, the player will be able to claim their Egg of Experience.
Claiming the egg will reward the player the Collar Of Experience accessory, the Egg of Experience building, and 250 Chocolate Bunnies.
The player will also unlock the ability to hatch the Verscervus from 2023 Easter Eggs.
On Day Two, the player will be required to obtain one Missing Dial Piece. The piece can only be dropped from the Easter mobs.
Once the player obtains the piece, they will have to return back to the puzzle and place the piece on the dial. The player will then have to rotate the outer piece and inner piece to match them up. If the player successfully matches the pieces up, the door will open, and the player will be able to claim their Egg of Puzzles.
Claiming the egg will reward the player the Collar Of Puzzles accessory, Egg Of Puzzles Trophy building, and 250 Chocolate Bunnies.
The Verscervus' hatch chance will also be raised by 1% (2%) as well.
On Day Three, the door will require two players to open it. The door will need to have two elemental breath attacks used on it simultaneously; the left emblem requires a Water element dragon, and the right emblem requires a Fire element dragon.
If both players fulfill the door's task, it will open up. The player will then have to follow a tunnel that showcases a Verscervus glyph until meeting the Egg Of Elements.
Claiming the egg will reward the player the Collar Of Elements accessory, Egg Of Elements Trophy building, and 250 Chocolate Bunnies.
The Egg Oracles will also gain a prize reduction, going from 300 Chocolates Bunnies to 250 Chocolate Bunnies.
On Day Four, all players would have to work together to use their dragons' roars 10,000 times for the door to open. After the door opened, the player would be able to claim the Egg Of Song. Inside the room of the egg however is a mirror puzzle, which is used for Day 5.
Claiming the egg will reward the player the Collar Of Song accessory, Egg Of Song Trophy building, and 250 Chocolate Bunnies.
The player will also gain the ability to hatch one additional Verscervus from the Easter Egg 2023.
On Day Five, the player will be required to complete a mirror maze puzzle.
The player will have to bounce a beam of light off of all seven mirrors to the puzzle door in order to unlock it. All of the mirrors can be rotated

If the player is successful in reflecting the light to the door, it will open up and the player will be able to claim the Egg Of Light.
Claiming the egg will reward the player the Collar Of Light accessory, Egg Of Light Trophy building, and 250 Chocolate Bunnies.
The Verscervus' hatch chance will also be raised by 1% as well.
On Day Six, all players would have to work together to fish 40,000 Hearts of Easter for the door to open. After the door opened, the player would be able to claim the Egg Of Water. Inside the room of the egg is the puzzle that will be used for Day 6.
Claiming the egg will reward the player the Collar Of Water accessory, Egg Of Water Trophy building, and 250 Chocolate Bunnies.
The player will also gain the ability to hatch one additional Verscervus from the Easter Egg 2023.
On Day Seven, the door will require four players to open it. The door will need to have four different dragons placed on their respective world's emblem.
- The red emblem on the very left will require a dragon from Prehistoric (Chronocus, Rhyndac, Soukeyi, or Zinthros).
- The green emblem will require a dragon from Jungle (Dexyn, Geliklen, or Palus).
- The cyan emblem will require a dragon from Tundra (Alrenoth, Howler, or Sylva).
- The yellow emblem on the very right will require a Rocirus.
If all four players fulfill the door's task, it will open up. The players will then enter a hall decorated with large Easter eggs at its sides with the Egg Of Gravity at the end. If a player does not participate by putting one of the required dragons on its respective emblem then the door will not open for them.
Claiming the egg will reward the player the Collar Of Gravity accessory, Egg Of Gravity Trophy building, and 250 Chocolate Bunnies.
The Verscervus' hatch chance will also be raised by 1% as well.
On Day Eight, the player will have to locate 8 hieroglyphic tablets throughout the Easter World, then arrange them to create a picture which will reveal the location of a key that must be found in order to unlock the door and complete the puzzle.
The locations of all 8 pieces, North-clockwise around the map, are:
- In the puzzle area for Day 8, to the right of the portal.
- North of the puzzle portal, on a lily pad in a large lake.
- On a floating island above the large lake of lily pads.
- Inside a small cave below an Easter oracle.
- In the center of a purple crater.
- Next to the far-right Easter Incubator.
- Inside the giant tree stump.
- In the hole below the tower.

Correct tablet arrangement
Once the player finds all eight tablets, they will have to go to the puzzle door and rearrange the tablets. Upon completing the puzzle, the tablets will glow, revealing the location of the key to be in the Origins world, and to the left of the Farm Merchant.
After collecting the key, the player must go back to the Easter World and unlock the door. They can follow a stairway leading the 8th Egg; the Egg Of Clues.
Claiming the egg will reward the player the Collar Of Clues accessory, Egg Of Clues Trophy building, and 250 Chocolate Bunnies.
The Egg Oracles will also gain a prize reduction, going from 250 Chocolates Bunnies to 200 Chocolate Bunnies.
On Day Nine, all players will have to work together to kill a total of 100,000 Easter mobs for the door to open. After the door opens, the player will be able to claim the Egg Of Battle after walking through a short, curved hallway. Inside the room of the egg is the puzzle that will be used for Day 10.
Claiming the egg will reward the player the Collar Of Battle accessory, Egg Of Battle Trophy building, and 250 Chocolate Bunnies.
The player will also gain the ability to hatch one additional Verscervus from the Easter Egg 2023.
On Day Ten, the player will be required to fulfill three specific steps to open the door. The first step is to breathe fire onto the door with an Alrenoth. The second step is to Roar on a Mother Dragon. The final step requires the door to be bit by a Skyrix.
The door must be opened by the player. If one player opens the door, it will not open for any other players unless they too fulfill the door's tasks.
If the steps are successfully completed, the door will open and reveal the Egg Of Glorious Wonders.
Claiming the egg will reward the player the Collar Of Glorious Wonders accessory, Egg Of Glorious Wonders Trophy building, and 250 Chocolate Bunnies.
The player will also gain the ability to hatch five additional Verscervus from the Easter Egg 2023.Egg Hunt[]
The 2023 Easter Event's "egg hunt" was incorporated within its puzzles. It features ten different Painted Eggs and their respective collar accessories and trophy buildings. Each egg also gave the player a bonus related to the event and 250 Chocolate Bunnies.

The two shops in the Easter World featured Easter-themed accessories, base buildables, potions, and other items.
Accessory Store
The Accessory Store was a long wooden stand donned with pink tapestries with yellow lacing. Inside the stand was a Chocolate Bunny NPC, and on display were several of the event's accessories. The Accessory Store shuffled its current selection of accessories every two hours.
The Accessory Store had a pink aura.

The Event Store was a small wooden stand donned with a striped orange and yellow tapestry. The stand showcased another orange tapestry with yellow lacing, and on display were several of the event's potions and one of its buildables.

Chocolate Bunnies[]
Chocolate Bunnies, simply known as Bunnies, were the event currency used for the 2023 Easter Event.
Chocolate Bunnies could be obtained by completing the puzzles, fishing, killing Easter mobs, and harvesting Chocolate Bunny nodes.
Alternatively, the currency could also be purchased with Robux.

Chocolate Bunny Nodes[]
Chocolate Bunny node
Chocolate Bunny nodes were special nodes only found scattered throughout the Easter World. They were tall, brown bunnies that were partially buried in the ground.
In order to collect from them, the player must have filled up the node's bar by successfully clicking on three targets. If the player missed a target, they would have to redo it.

Easter Incubators
The Easter Incubators could be located in the far northeast of the world. The structure housed five large incubators and to its left was an Easter Oracle. The Easter Incubators sped up hatching by 25%.
The incubators could be purchased with Chocolate Bunnies.

Easter Mobs[]
A group of mobs
Several kinds of mobs were present in the Easter World. The mobs featured were Easter variants, which included the Easter Bear, Easter Griffen, Easter Ram, and Easter Unicorn, and the event exclusive Rabid Rabbit.
Like regular mobs, they would attack player's dragons if they got too close.

Easter Oracles[]
Easter Oracle
There were three Easter Oracles located in the Easter World. Each one could be used to spawn an Easter Egg 2023. This egg wouldn't be able to be picked up by other players. Purchasing an egg required 300 Chocolate Bunnies.
Once an egg was purchased, each monument would release a blue beam into the sky and an additional green beam would come out, directing the player to where their newly spawned egg was.
The spawned Easter Egg 2023 would look the same as a server egg.
If the player obtained the Egg Of Elements or the Egg Of Clues, the Easter Oracles price would be reduced by 50 Chocolate Bunnies each.
Easter Wheel[]
Easter Wheel
The Easter Wheel acted as the Spinner Wheel for the Easter World. It could only be spun by spending 50 Chocolate Bunnies every 24 hours. Alternatively, tokens could be purchased using Robux to spin it.
It was located to the right of the World Teleporter and behind the Accessory Store.

Several fishing locations were present throughout the world.
Unlike fishing locations in worlds, they did not posses fishing signs or whirlpools.

Maurice[]
Maurice
Maurice acted as the tutorial instructor NPC for the event and could be found in front of the large egg monument beside a wagon full of 2023 Easter Eggs.
Upon entering the world, players would be directed to speak to him. He would say the following:
- “Hello Adventurer! Welcome back to the Easter World!”
- “We have uncovered something deep underground... a whole network of tunnels hidden under our feet!”
- “A Teleport there has opened up behind me in the Hub, travel through it, go check it out!”
If the player entered the portal, he would say the following:
- “Looks like a Puzzle Door! This one requires some Key to open.”
- “I know of one location for the Key, right here in the hub!”
- “As for the others you’ll need to find them yourself. This world is full of mysteries so they’re bound to be somewhere here. Good luck!”
If the player found another Key, he would say the following:
- “You found another Key! They seem to be located around the Easter Oracles.”
- “These Oracles are capable of spawning and guiding you to Easter Eggs. Offer up a tribute of Chocolate Bunnies to them, and let the magic do its thing!”
- “You can gather up Chocolate Bunnies from various spots on the map. Alternatively Fighting Mobs and Fishing will occasionally give you Chocolate Bunnies too!”
- “Grab the rest of the Keys! from the Oracles and unlock that door!”
If the player was successful in claiming their first Painted Egg, he would say:
- “A Painted Egg! These are extremely precious and contain all sorts of easter magic.”
- “This one seems to have unlocked the ability to hatch the Verscervus dragon from Easter Eggs. Marvelous!”
- “A new Puzzle opens up each day, so come back here when it’s ready and delve further into the tunnels... who knows what secrets are in store.”
- “Good luck Adventurer! Happy Easter hunting!”
If the player attempted to speak to Maurice after collecting their first Painted Egg, he would say:
- “Complete the Puzzle Doors to get all sorts of Verscervus hatching bonuses! Best of luck, Adventurer.”
Event Dragons[]
One new event dragon released and four other event dragons were rereleased:
Aranga[]
The Aranga has a very rabbit-like appearance. It has four legs and a long, fluffy tail. Spikes line its shoulders and permanent white flecks adorn the sides of its body. Permanent white streaks are present on its tail, along with its nose, fingertips, mane, and tails. Its neck is covered in fur and its rabbit-like head bears two pairs of ears and a pair of fangs. Along its back are three floating eggs, and at its hips are a pair of wispy-like tails. It can fly despite not having wings.
Ayatrice[]
The Ayatrice bears a chicken-like appearance while retaining a relatively slim bipedal body covered in large and slim feathers. Its tail is covered in feathers at its base, although it grows to be bare and striped tail with an arrow-tip at its end. It sports large feathered and webbed wings. On its face is are a long pair of wattles, and atop its head are large, spiked horns that are attached to its comb.
Falugeis[]
The Falugeis is a large, long quadrupedal dragon with short legs and big feathered wings. Its tail is quite long and is bare of the frills and fins that line its neck and back. Its head is wide, and its face is regal-looking and is equipped with a pair of facial fins. Fur also covers its underside, and swirl and spotted patterns cover its body.
Skyrix[]
The Skyrix has a slim appearance with four legs and large, feathered and webbed wings. Its neck is long and is covered in fur, and its head bears a singular horn and a pair of long striped ears. Fur also covers its chest, body, and hind legs, and bump-like patterns don its upper neck and forelegs. Its feet have no claws, and at the end of its tail is a feathered fan.
Verscervus[]
The Verscervus is quite long and sleek, sporting deer-like characteristics with a spring theme. It has an avian yet fawn-like head with long ears and a pair of pronged antlers. It boasts a pair of large, feathered and webbed wings and four short legs. Spots cover its back alongside petal-like structures. Its tail is flowery-looking and sports stamen at its tip.
Eggs[]
The Easter Egg 2023 was a rare egg that could spawn naturally in the Easter World.
Announcement
Every 20 minutes, a notification would be announced both on-screen and in the server chat to announce the appearance of the Easter Egg 2023. Players would also be notified when the Easter Egg had been collected.
They could also be obtained through fishing, harvesting Chocolate Bunny nodes, spinning the Easter Wheel, killing Easter mobs, or by spawning them from the Easter Oracles.
The egg is cyan-colored and covered with blue, orange, pink, and yellow scales. It also gives off a faint purple glow and spawns on a pink nest covered with carrots.

Verscervus Obtainment[]
The player could unlock the ability to hatch the Verscervus by collecting the Egg Of Experience. They would only be able to hatch one.
Most of the Painted Eggs would also give the player additional Verscervus hatching bonuses:
- If the player obtained the Egg Of Puzzles, its hatch chance would be raised by 1% (2%).
- If the player obtained the Egg Of Song, they wouldbe able to hatch an additional Verscervus.
- If the player obtained the Egg Of Light, its hatch chance would be raised by an additional 1%.
- If the player obtained the Egg Of Water, they would be able to hatch an additional Verscervus.
- If the player obtained the Egg Of Gravity, its hatch chance would be raised by an additional 1%.
- If the player obtained the Egg Of Battle, they would be able to hatch an additional Verscervus.
- If the player obtained the Egg Of Glorious Wonders, they would be able to hatch five additional Verscervus'.
When the event ended, the Verservus became [[LOCKED]] from the Easter Egg 2023, making it impossible to hatch.

- The 2023 Easter Event was the fourth Easter Event to take place in Dragon Adventures.
- If the player caught an Easter Egg 2023 or a Sunrise Crab from fishing, they may have not received it. This issue has since been fixed.
