In-game countdown
The Galaxy Event of 2024 is an event that began June 14th, 2024, at 5:00 PM EST,[1] and ended July 15th, 2024, at 5:00 PM EST.[2]
On June 7th, 2024, a seven-day countdown was initiated and Damian the Fruitbat and his rocket ship were placed in between the missions building and Alchemy in Origins.
Event[]
Week One[]
Week One began June 14th, at 5:00 PM EST. The Galaxy Event 2024 featured Roborus as the event's tutorial instructor NPC and reintroduced the Lunar Toxic World and its contents. Players were able to mine Crystal Ore and process it into Crystal Shards, which was used to purchase event items. The new Mechanoxide released alongside the past Galaxy event dragons and two new accessories and two UGC accessories were also added.
In addition, the Cyber Egg and Binary Egg became obtainable and were able to hatch dragons with the new Super Computer cosmetic trait and Binary element. Bombs, bomb crates, the Metal element, and two new mobs were also added.
Week Two[]
Week Two began June 21st, at 5:00 PM EST. It released the Motherboard boss and mistakenly added the Mecha Meteorite.
Week Three[]
Week Three began June 28th, at 5:00 PM EST. It released the Motorouk, Supercharged cosmetic trait, Supercharged Egg, and it properly introduced the Mecha Meteorite. Players were also able to Supercharge the Motherboard boss with a Supercharger Key in order to gain Supercharged Eggs.[3]
Motherboard also gained the ability to award players Crystal Shards, and the Mecha Theme Potion and [Error:Cosmetic] cosmetic trait were reintroduced.[3] The Xerthos Space Helm UGC accessory was also released.
Week Four[]
Week Four began July 5th, at 5:00 PM EST. The Supercharged Shop was set up and allowed players to exchange Supercharged Eggs for four new items and two element potions, including the Old Laboratory Plot Theme, Mechanic Backpack and Meteorite Backpack cosmetics, Roborus base building, and the Binary and Metal element potions.[2]
World[]

Galaxy World
The Galaxy World (or Lunar Toxic World) was located on Wasteland's moon and featured no life and has little to no atmosphere. On the moon's dark-grey surface were small impact craters, purple meteorites, and solid purple pools of waste.
The largest crater featured the World Teleporter, stores, satellites, excavation machines, Processing Plant, and its exclusive ore veins. In the midst of the crater was an open hole that leads down to the Egg Infuser.
Underneath most of the surface ore veins were vast caverns with decorative green crystals, as well as event mobs, the Egg Infuser, Speedy Incubators, drills, and the Motherboard boss entrance. Batteries and Egg Crates could also be located throughout the caves.
Various signs, lamps, and other various pieces of equipment decked the underground and surface of the world as well.
Nebula[]

Nebula
The nebula was a weather effect that periodically occurs in the Galaxy World. It temporarily changes the world's atmosphere a very vibrant purple and was also shown in the world's sky.
Badge & Title[]
If the player enters the Galaxy World, they would be rewarded with the Cyber Warrior title and the Galaxy 2024 badge.
Currency[]

Crystal Ore was obtained from mining crystal ore blocks and could be processed into Crystal Shards, among other items. It could also be obtained from Galaxy mobs. A player may have only carried up to 500 Crystal Ore at a time.
Crystal Shards were used to purchase items at the Accessory Store and Event Store and to infuse eggs at the Egg Infuser. Crystal Shards were primarily obtained from processing Crystal Ore, however they can also be obtained from Crystal Shard ore blocks, Galaxy mobs, and fixing up the Processing Plant. Crystal Shards were also a part of the Galactic Pack.
Crystal Shards were also able to be purchased with Robux from the Premium Shop.

Mining[]
Players could mine Crystal Ore blocks in ore veins with dragon elemental breath, bite damage, and/or bombs to obtain Crystal Ore. Green crystal ore would drop 2-5 Crystal Shards when mined. Special "bomb crates" could also be found in ore veins and could be opened with bombs. Bomb crates would drop one Cyber Egg when opened.
Players could process their Crystal Ore at the Processing Plant, which could be turned into either Coal, Fossils, Stone, and – more rarely – Crystal Shards. Players were only able to see their individual mining progress.
Cave-Ins[]
Every 25 minutes, a cave-in would occur to an ore vein that was mined by the player. It would reset all mined Crystal Ore blocks in that specific vein. An ore vein would display a red warning zone when it was being refilled, and if the player was nearby their screen would shake.
If the player was in an ore vein when it was refilled, they would be teleported back to the surface. Foreman's Radio would also say the following:
- “Looks like you got caught in a cave in! Look out for the Red Danger Zones and avoid them next time.”
World Features[]
NPCs[]

Roborus
Roborus is a robotic Rocirus NPC that acted as the Galaxy Event 2024's tutorial instructor. When a player entered the Galaxy World, they would be instructed to speak to him. He would say the following when interacted with:
- “Welcome back to Mine 459-BP Adventurer!”
- “I'm Roborus, the aliens assembled me from Motherboard's spare parts last year.”
- “We need more miners help with getting ore! I'd do it myself but... no hands!”
- “Here's what you need to do... Good luck in the mines!”
After his dialogue was finished, a Galaxy Event tips interface would show up.
If Roborus was interacted with after speaking the first time, his expression would become angry, and he would say the following before showing the helpful interface:
- “Did you forget what you need to do?”
- “Alrighty, here it is one more time.”
Roborus has a default expression with yellow eyes, however his visor would also display happy, angry, and sad expressions. Roborus could also display an error expression at times, which would flicker between multiple other expressions beforehand, including the loading expression. If a Meteorite lands in the mine, he would display a "METEOR FALL!!" expression. If a Robodon was nearby Roborus, he would display a "ROBODON ALERT!!" expression.
Gallery[]
A collage of images relating to Roborus are shown below:

Damian the Fruitbat
Damian the Fruitbat could be interacted with in Origins beside the countdown rocket ship. When interacted with before the event, he would say the following:
- “Hello Adventurer! I've touched down again to give you good news!”
- “Since you last helped us with the dreaded Motherboard, we've managed to use the spare parts to make more Robot Dragons!”
- “Unfortunately, my warranty has expired on my Rocketship, so I'll need some time to renew it.”
- “Once I'm ready though, we'll blast off there together!”
When he was interacted with during the event, he would say the following:
- “We're all geared up and ready to go!”
- “Blast off to the Lunar Toxic World!”
Processing Plant[]

Processing Plant
The Processing Plant was gray and has various parts to it. It could be found to the left of the World Teleporter.
The Processing Plant processed Crystal Ore into Coal, Fossils, Stone, and Crystal Shards. The player was able to process their Crystal Ore by placing it into the dropper and if needed, fixing the Processing Plant up. Fixing the Processing Plant involved a wire connect game, and the player would be rewarded with 1-5 Crystal Shards upon completion.
Once done, the Crystal Ore would be turned into any of the four items mentioned above. Crystal Shards had around a 25% turnout rate without the boost and about a 50% turnout rate with the Shard Chance boost.
Title[]
If the player processed a total of 10,000 Crystal Ore blocks, they would be rewarded with the Galactic Geologist title.
Egg Crates[]

An Egg Crate
Egg Crates spawned in the underground region of the Galaxy World. They could be opened with 2 batteries and contained a single Cyber Egg. If two distinct players helped open an egg crate, a message would be sent to the user who did not put in the last battery and an icon would show up over the crate.
Batteries[]

Battery
Batteries could be found around in the world's caverns and were used to open egg crates.
A player's dragon may have only picked up one battery at a time. If the player picked up a bomb while holding a battery, the battery would be dropped and put back in its original location. Prior to an unknown update, players could drop batteries at any time. If a battery was dropped, it would be dropped where it was last being held.
Bombs[]

A bomb about to explode
Bombs could be found scattered throughout the caverns like batteries. When picked up, they would begin to make sounds and would detonate 15 seconds after they had been picked up. The player could drop a bomb before it explodes onto crystal ore, mobs, or a bomb crate to deal damage. If the player does not drop the bomb, the bomb would automatically detonate and would deal damage to the player if they were within its damage zone.
Bomb crates could only be opened with bombs and would drop one Cyber Egg when they explode.
Egg Infuser[]

Egg Infuser
The Egg Infuser was located beneath the large, open hole in the Galaxy World. Located beside it were the Speedy Incubators.
The Egg Infuser was used to convert Cyber Eggs into Binary Eggs, and in Week Three of the event, it could be used to convert Binary Eggs into Supercharged Eggs. Players were also able to purchase Cyber Eggs at the infuser as well.
Egg | Cost |
---|---|
Cyber Egg | 100 Crystal Shards |
Binary Egg | 1 Cyber Egg 200 Crystal Shards |
Supercharged Egg | 1 Binary Egg 500 Crystal Shards |
Speedy Incubators[]

Speedy Incubators
The Speedy Incubators were able to hatch eggs 25% faster than regular incubators and were located on top of the Egg Infuser platform.
The incubators were able to be purchased with Crystal Shards, with five in total.
Incubator | Cost (![]() |
---|---|
1 | 50 |
2 | 75 |
3 | 100 |
4 | 125 |
5 | 150 |
Meteorites[]

A Meteorite

Meteorite icon
Meteorites fell into the caverns every ~25 minutes. They could be harvested with a dragon's elemental breath damage and had 2,000 health. An icon was also displayed above the meteorite that could be seen from anywhere in the world. Only one meteorite could be present at a time.
The meteorite was large and dark grey with neon green craters and spawned in mob areas. When a meteorite was harvested, it would drop one Binary Egg for any contributing player(s).
Mecha Meteorite[]

The Mecha Meteorite

Mecha Meteorite icon
The Mecha Meteorite, also known as the Mecha Meteor and Mecha Asteroid, was a variation of the meteorite that released in Week Three. A chat announcement and a distant Motorouk roar would be made when it landed on the platform in the deepest cavern area, where it would spawn every 5 minutes and display an icon. Only one Mecha Meteorite could be present at a time. The underground layer of the world would also gain a dark, yellow tint and most of the blue crystals would begin emitting electricity.
Players were able to harvest it with four batteries in order to earn a single Supercharged Egg and Supercharger Key, which was used to Supercharge the Motherboard boss. The Mecha Meteorite would not be able to be opened by players with a Supercharger Key. A board beside the Motherboard boss door reading "Mecha Asteroid" displayed a countdown before the Mecha Meteorite would land in the mine.
Announcements[]
If a Meteorite landed in the mine, the following announcement would be made:
- “A Meteorite has landed in the mine!”
If a Mecha Meteorite landed in the mine, the following announcement would be made in chat and on the player's screen, respectively:
- “[Mecha Meteor]: The Mecha Meteorite has spawned!”
- “A Mecha Meteorite has landed in the mine!”
When the Mecha Meteorite was successfully harvested, the following announcement would be made:
- “[Mecha Meteor]: The Mecha Meteorite was unlocked!”
Drills[]
There were three drills located beneath the Galaxy World's surface. Each drill provided its own unique boost and had a 15-minute cooldown once its respective boost had worn off. There were multiple locations where each drill could be found in the mines.
The Dragon Breath drill increased the player's dragons' breath duration by 2x and allowed it to replenish faster.

Dragon Breath drill
The drill required the player to align the circuitry to its target position. The player would have to align the circuitry between the open spaces of the moving blocks. If the player successfully aligned the circuitry through all 3 spaces, they would be given a 10-minute dragon breath boost.
A Needy Engineer was also able to be interacted with nearby the drill. They would say the following:
- “Gosh darn! I am going to be in serious trouble.”
- “The Mining Drill circuitry has completely jumbled itself, I need help fixing it.”
- “Align the circuitry with its target position and it should fix the machine.”
- “If you help me out, I'll supercharge your dragon's breath!”
The Mining Speed drill boosted the player's mining speed, allowing them to mine ore almost instantly.

Mining Speed drill
The drill required the player to match three different pattern frequencies. The first frequency would show three patterns, the second would show four patterns, and the third would show five patterns. The pattern's color would be either red, orange, green, blue, or purple. If the player successfully replicated all three frequencies, they would be given a 10-minute mining speed boost.
A Needy Engineer was also able to be interacted with nearby the drill. They would say the following:
- “My dang drill broke on me again!”
- “I need help calibrating the sensor array.”
- “You need to match the pattern shown on the screens perfectly to recalibrate it.”
- “If you help me out, I'll give you a Mining Speed boost!”
The Shard Processor drill increased the player's Crystal Shard output from both the Processing Plant and from all other sources except Motherboard.

Shard Processor drill
The drill required the player to align tiles on the 9-tile hologram to correctly show the head of a dragon. If the player successfully put all of the tiles in their correct place, they would be given a 10-minute Crystal Shard boost.
A Needy Engineer was also able to be interacted with nearby the drill. They would say the following:
- “Hey there, want to help me out?”
- “My drill's crystal recognition software needs restarting.”
- “Move the tiles on the hologram into their correct places to create the correct image.”
- “When that mining drill works again, I'll give you a boost to your Shard Processor Chance!”
Mobs[]
The Space Vulture and Toxic Scorpion mobs spawned in the caverns of the world and were able to be killed for 1-3 Crystal Ore and/or Crystal Shards.
Space Vultures were set to level 8 and had 500 health. Toxic Scorpions were set to level 11 and had 800 health. Both mobs were similar to their Desert world counterparts and the damage they deal to the player's dragon(s) was scaled.
Motherboard[]
Motherboard, also known as The Robodon, is a boss that was introduced for Week Two and could be located at the large door near the Egg Infuser, which read "Motherboard". In order for the door to be opened, the player must have found the Green Crate.
Motherboard's boss room was massive and showcased Cybernid blueprints on the left, the Supercharged structure at the center, and Xerthos blueprints on the right. In the center was the upper body of a giant Robodon known as Motherboard. To the left and right of Motherboard were robotic serpent-like tentacles. The tentacles would attack the player if they got too close.
Green Crate[]
The Green Crate spawned like the Egg Crate, however it spawned more rarely and required 4 batteries to open. Only one green crate may have been present per server. Each time the player put a battery in, a server-wide message would be sent in chat and on players' screens.
After the four batteries had been put in, the green crate would open, revealing a small swirling portal. If a player entered it, they would be teleported to the now open boss door. Entering the door would initiate a 60-second countdown, allowing multiple players to be able to fight Motherboard. Once the countdown was over, players would be teleported to the boss room. Each player was given one life and cannot passively heal during the boss fight.
Announcements[]
Each time a battery was placed in the Green Crate, one of the following announcements would be made (in order from the first to last battery):
- “A darkness stirs, the path is laid. One power source awakened, yet slumber persists.”
- “Gears turning, sinews stretching. The awakening horror waits, veiled. Two sources now in place.”
- “Whispers echo, prison trembles. Three sources aligned, gears grind in anticipation.”
- “Final surge ripples, darkness retreats. The Robodon awakens. Beware.”
Once all batteries have been put in, the following announcement would be made:
- [BOSS]: The Boss door has opened!
When at least one player was in the boss queue, the following announcement would be made:
- [BOSS]: The Boss queue has started!
When the boss queue countdown was over, the following announcement would be made:
- [BOSS]: The Boss fight has started!
If a player inserts a Supercharger Key into the Supercharged structure, the following announcement would be made:
- [BOSS]: [username] used a Supercharger Key!
If a player attempts to damage a tentacle with their dragon's attack damage, the following message would be made:
- "Use bombs to damage tentacles!"
Rounds[]
During round one, the player was only able to attack the tentacles. Motherboard would launch 10 explosive mines in 1 second bursts every ~10 seconds. If the player was caught within the red danger zone of one, they would be damaged when it exploded after ~3 seconds.
The player would have to kill both mechanical tentacles before they could damage Motherboard. The tentacles took out 1/20th of a dragon's health per bite. After a tentacle attacked, there would be a ~5 second cooldown before it attacked again. Once both tentacles had been killed, Motherboard would slump over, and players would be able to damage it. When one third of Motherboard's health had been taken away, round two would start.
During round two, the mechanical tentacles would remerge, and Motherboard would begin using a laser beam attack that it would use to swerve onto its attackers. Players must have constantly avoided the laser beam to not be damaged and the attack would not stop until both tentacles were killed.
Once the tentacles were killed, Motherboard would slump over again to allow players to attack it. When another third of Motherboard's health had been taken away, round three would start.
During round three, the mechanical tentacles would remerge once more, and Motherboard would gain a new attack. Every few seconds, 1 or 2 thirds of the ground would turn into a danger zone, highlighted with red exclamation marks and flashing red tiles. These zones could be either the left, center, or right of the room. If the player was within a danger zone after it activated, they would be rapidly damaged by red laser-like projections that took out 1/20th of the player's dragon's health per second. The player would have to avoid the zones as they shifted and activated while trying to defeat the tentacles.
If the player was successful in slaying the tentacles for the final time, they would be able to kill Motherboard. Once killed, Motherboard would sink down, and all participating players would be rewarded with 1-2 Binary Eggs and 50-75 Crystal Shards. A player also had a small chance to win a Robodon as a reward.Supercharged[]
Introduced for Week Three of the event, players were able to Supercharge Motherboard via the Supercharged structure. A player would need the Supercharger Key in order to initiate a Supercharge, which may have been activated any time during the boss fight. When the key was inserted, an announcement would be made in chat and the monitors would turn on and show Motorouk blueprints. When the Supercharged round began, all of the blueprint images would display errors, the neon green areas would turn yellow, the health bar designs would show electricity, Motherboard and the tentacles would emit more electricity particles, and the music would slow down.
The Supercharged phase began when round three was over. During this round, Motherboard would use a combination of all three of its attacks from the previous rounds, switching between them every so often. Unlike some of its previous attacks, it would only launch 3 bombs and its laser beam attack would last 5 seconds.
The tentacles were able to be damaged by bombs more effectively than dragon damage. Bombs spawned on the floor of the room and depleted around a third of an tentacle's health in solo fights. When both tentacles were killed, Motherboard would fall down, and the player would be able to damage it until its health bar was fully depleted.
When Motherboard was Supercharged, it was able to award players 1 Supercharged Egg when successfully defeated. If the player who inserted the Supercharger Key died and if all other players died in the fight, they would be refunded their Supercharger Key.
Title[]
If the player successfully defeats Motherboard 10 times, they would be rewarded with the Robodon Wrangler title.
Event Dragons[]
The Galaxy Event 2024 featured two new event dragons and returned three event dragons.
Cybernid[]

The Cybernid is a mechanical version of the Venid. It resembles a jet plane and boasts a robotic appearance. Much like the Venid, it showcases two pairs of sharp wings complete with engines, six legs, a pair of antennae, and an armored abdomen. Atop its back are an additional set of engines.
The Cybernid released in Week One of the event.
Mechanoxide[]

The Mechanoxide is a mechanical version of the Neroxide. The Mechanoxide has a segmented body with large, scythe-like arms, short legs equipped with a single wheel, and a long tail with blades at the top. It has three fake eyes on either side of its head, rectangular teeth, and a jagged head frill. Its chest is robust and is decorated with geometric patterns.
The Mechanoxide released in Week One of the event.
Motorouk[]

The Motorouk is a mechanical version of the Ortarouk. Like the Ortarouk, it has no eyes, a long, low-lying body, and large, strong, legs. Its neck is comprised of two parts and its shoulders boast large blades. Its two tails are bladed and grow thinner at the tip, where they seem to resemble chargers. Tubes and wires are present around its body.
The Motorouk released in Week Three of the event.
Robodon[]

The Robodon has a very mechanical appearance consisting of segmented robotic parts reminiscent of many of the Radidon's characteristics. It has no visible eyes and has four limbs each attached with metallic wings. Rods dispense out of the back of its neck, back, and tail, and on its head is a jagged nasal crest and a larger jagged frill on the back of its head. At the end of its tail is a wide tail fan.
The Robodon released in Week One of the event.
Xerthos[]

The Xerthos is a bipedal mechanical dragon with a sleek appearance and airplane-like features. Its head sports independent, goggle-like eyes and somewhat pronged jaws. Its wings are partially segmented and resemble jet plane wings. A single engine is present on the underside of each wing as well. Its arms are short and round, and its legs feature a hooked digit. Its long, slender tail has a fin at its base and two fins at the end.
The Xerthos released in Week One of the event.
Eggs[]
The Cyber Egg was obtained from Battery Crates scattered around the world's caves.[1]
Dragons hatched from the Cyber Egg have a 5% chance to hatch with the Super Computer cosmetic trait and/or Binary element.
The player was able to purchase Cyber Eggs at the Egg Infuser for 100 Crystal Shards. Cyber Eggs would also be able to be used to create Binary Eggs.
