"Makoura is a season dragon that can rarely be found Lurking in caves or other dark places due to its extreme sensitivity to light. This dragon species is rarely seen because it travels through the darkness of the night to remain hidden. As it is partially blind, it detects most of its surroundings using the tips of its tendrils. Its speed is a significant weakness in combat, but it is advantaged by a powerful bite and high health. Makoura allows its opponents to make the first move and then strike back when they least expect it. Makoura prefers living in solitude, but is not threatened in the presence of others and will befriend them if approached."

The Makoura could be obtained from the following Dragon Seasons:
The Makoura was obtainable by completing 10 season pass levels during Dragon Season 20 as the final reward.
The season lasted through the whole of May 2023.
The Makoura was obtainable by completing 10 season pass levels during Dragon Season 32 as the final Dragon Pass reward.
The Dragon Pass costs 350 Robux.
The season lasted through the whole of May 2024.
The Makoura can be hatched from the following egg(s):
The Makoura has a 51% chance of being hatched from the Delver's Egg.
The Lucky Egg gamepass does not affect the Makoura's hatch chance.
The other dragons exclusive to the Delver's Egg are the:
- Phocaphan, with a 41% chance of hatching.
- Khalknirik, with a 5% chance of hatching.
- Viridik, with a 2% chance of hatching.
- Stymelisk, with a 1% chance of hatching.
The Makoura is able to be bred only with other Makouras. It has a 12-hour breeding cooldown and a 
25,000 Coin breeding fee.
In addition, the female parent of the offspring will become Soul Bound and thus be unable to be auctioned, bred, or traded.
