The Quetzaloctli has a 1% chance of hatching from the Sun Chaos Egg.
With the Lucky Egg gamepass, the Quetzaloctli has a 2% chance of hatching.
The other dragons exclusive to the Sun Chaos Egg are the:
- Casirius, with a 2% chance of hatching.
- Cosmalisk, with a 2% chance of hatching.
- Hexalios, with a 50% chance of hatching.
- Solarizon, with a 33% chance of hatching.
- Quahtona, with a 2% chance of hatching.
- Volkumos, with a 10% chance of hatching.
The minimum starting bid is

Players were able to guarantee themselves one Quetzaloctli on day 14 at the end of Week Two of the Solstice Event 2024.
Each day had two special missions players needed to complete in order to progress through the Sun Quest.
The Quetzaloctli would come with its default colors (Ginger-Marigold-Essence) and would be age 34 when claimed.
The Quetzaloctli could be obtained from defeating the Realm of Chaos boss with a small chance during the Solstice Event 2024.
When claimed, it would come with random colors and be Age 0. It also had a chance to be obtained with the Gold element and/or the Solar Rays, Chaos Aura, or [Error:Cosmetic] cosmetic trait.
Prior to a fix soft-published to new servers, the Quetzaloctli could also be obtained with a Galaxy event cosmetic trait, that being the Super Computer trait. Any Quetzaloctlis that came with a Galaxy 2024 event trait will not be altered and retain their cosmetic trait.[1]Gallery[]
Trivia[]
- The Quetzaloctli's name is derived from classical Nahuatl Quetzalcōātl, meaning "quetzal feather serpent", and opochtli, meaning "left".
- Its name is a fusion of the Aztec gods' Quetzalcōātl and Huitzilopochtli.
- The design of the Quetzaloctli was mainly designed after Huitzilopochtli, the Aztec god of the sun and war. Its serpentine figure comes from Quetzalcōātl, an Aztec god associated with creation and knowledge, among other things.[2]
- The Quetzaloctli has permanent Neon material on the sun orb it holds and on the pair of orbs located beneath its primary wings.
