Volcano is a world in Dragon Adventures with the overall theme of volcanic mountains, burnt forests, and a destroyed civilization. It is listed fifth chronologically in the World Portals menu and it, Grassland, Jungle, and Tundra are unlocked immediately for all new players when they begin the game.

Enemies[]

The three mobs in Volcano are the Elemental, Gargoyle, and the Salamander. Mobs can be found in irregular, rocky patches that are accompanied with scattered bones on the sand. Fire Elementals are most often found in lava pool areas. Mobs in Volcano world consistently drop 4 Ashes, 3 Bacon, and 6 Meat.
Fire Elementals will attack the player with fireballs, Lava Salamanders will attack the player with ranged attacks, and Gargoyles will bite players' dragons.

The Volcano boss can be found on the far side of the bridge that stems from the volcano and rises above the lava lake below. Players are awarded 1,000 Coins and 1,000 EXP for defeating it.
Appearance[]
The Volcano Boss is black in color with a molten appearance. Its underside consists of bright oranges and reds reminiscent of lava, which even appear to drip at its snout, neck, belly, and tail. Rock-like coverings adorn its upper body, and spikes line its throat and back legs. It has two curved horns and a pair of webbed wings.
Fight[]
Stage 1 begins with the Volcano Boss targeting the player. It will bite the player 2 times before ramming them once. It will continue doing this until a third of its health bar has depleted.
Stage 2 begins with the Volcano Boss retreating to its platform. It will create a bright orange shield around itself that will prevent any damage to it. Waves of mobs each will begin dispensing out of each corner of the room. The second half of the boss's health bar will deplete each time a mob is killed.
Stage 3 reintroduces the Volcano Boss with a new freeze attack. Every third ram attack will freeze the player for 5 seconds. It will continue biting the player and ramming them as well until the last of its health has been depleted.

Numine[]
"The Numine, a visually striking frilled dragon, is a very common sight in the fiery terrain of the Volcano world. While Numines have somewhat low defensive and offensive capabilities, their relatively high health compensates for this. Though they may not be the fastest, their formidable appearance often scares opponents, rendering retreat unnecessary in many instances. Numines are omnivores, consuming both Volcano mobs and the limited vegetation found in their habitat. Contrary to their tough appearance, Numines demonstrate a docile additude towards adventurers, making them ideal choices for novice tamers. Numines also possess impressive intelligence and often naturally have an interest in history, literature and ancient ruins. With their impressive intellect and friendly nature, Numines serve as exceptional companions for those with an inquisitive and kindhearted spirit."
Magmip[]
"Magmips are the rarest dragon species in the harsh volcanic environment they call home. Their resilient scales provide great protection against the heat, allowing them to even swim, hide, and nest in lava pools. These creatures have fearsome bites that can immobilize most foes, despite their lack of defense and health. As carnivores, these dragons pride themselves on their surprising durability when fighting their primary prey, black bears. They have a curious and docile nature, which makes them easy to tame and loyal companions. Magmips prove to be an exceptional comrade to the adventurer who values a friendly, easy-going presence by their side."
Venu[]
"The Venu is an unusual snake-like dragon known for its ability to withstand extreme temperatures. They enjoy bathing in pools of lava and have been observed burrowing underneath soft ashes, making the Volcano their habitat of choice. Their docile temperament, low agility, and lack of flight usually makes them poor fighters. Instead, they prefer to burrow and hide away from danger. The multiple spines across their body aid in their ability to carve out tunnels and burrows, whilst the two bumps found on their head detect levels of heat radiation, helping them locate streams of lava or other potential threats whilst digging. Although they are primarily carnivorous, they receive the little water they need from fruits."
Bizaltidath[]
"Bizaltidath originates from the volcano world and formed by the volcanoes themselves. Through many decades, these dragons have been existing to only protect their homeland from any disturbance. The rock-like scales throughout their body are thick and creates a great defense to their real body. They love to bathe in lava pools along with magmips, since their scales can also protect them from the heat. Bizaltidath’s appearance may look tough but they have a soft spot for anything that shows kindness to them. Therefore, the adventurer will have a tough companion but a great friend."

The Volcano Egg can be found throughout the Volcano world, however it can also be won from Time Trials, obtained from chests, or won from the Volcano Boss.
